ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Chris Fritts - State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our agency with back-office and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a college student, as we are flexible with scheduling to accommodate class commitments. You will assist with day-to-day operations that keep the office organized and running smoothly, while gaining valuable professional experience in a supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling, scanning, and maintaining records
- Provide light customer service support by answering phones and directing inquiries
- Assist agency staff with back-office projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email)
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
This is a part-time role with flexibility for students balancing school and work.
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
